Windham’s Helping Hands is sponsoring its annual Thanksgiving Food Drive from November 2nd through November 20th to help local families in need this Thanksgiving season.
This annual food drive brings our community together to support families who may be experiencing food insecurity during the holidays. With the generosity of our students, families, and school communities, we can help ensure that local families have the food they need to enjoy a Thanksgiving meal.
Each school has been assigned specific food items by school and grade level to help collect a variety of items for Thanksgiving baskets. Community members can participate by simply bringing the requested items to their child’s school and placing them in the designated collection area.
Every donation makes a difference, and we are grateful for the continued generosity and support of our Windham community. Together, we can make the holiday season a little brighter for our neighbors in need.
